By accessing or using ARKstamp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We have written these terms to be as plain and readable as possible.

The service

ARKstamp is a personal life-planning platform that helps you organize, track, and manage complex life events including caregiving, home purchases, estate planning, weddings, and more. Features include AI-assisted chapter setup, document organization, and calendar integration.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to:

You retain full ownership of any content you create within ARKstamp, including notes, chapters, documents, and any other materials. You grant ARKstamp a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We do not use your content for any other purpose, including advertising, marketing, or training AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Subscription and billing

ARKstamp offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranties

ARKstamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from loss of data. We encourage you to maintain your own backups of important documents and information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARKstamp and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email if the changes are material. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
